I’ve read pieces of Fables but want to read it in order all the way through. I need Fables Deluxe Edition Two (or I’d settle for the trade paperbacks with the same issues) so I called local comic shop first. They don’t have it in. Letting Some Domain Names Go

I’m giving up Comixpedia/media/talk Dot Nets and Dot Orgs if anyone is interested. Don’t know why anyone would be, but if you are feel free to contact me. (I already gave Comixpedia.org to the webcomics wiki several years ago) But I’m still hanging on to the Dot Coms though — I haven’t decided yet on the future, if any, for those sites.

The very first website I had was on Geocities. The next thing I did was grab the tannline.com domain which became a hub for me, family and friends to use. One of the things I started there was the “Linkopedia of Comics” which for me is a precursor to starting Comixpedia in 2003. Rereading Wapsi Square

It’s going to take awhile to catch up but I decided to start over with Wapsi Square as it had fallen off of my regular reading trawl. Anyhow I ran across one of the early iconic (at least for this strip) comics in its run: I always got the impression that Paul Taylor was both an admirer of the female form but pretty respectful of presenting it in all its sizes and shapes. The way this has shaken out it’s been the year without ComixTALK which is probably irrelevant to everyone but me. Stripped Documentary Excerpt: Classroom Film on Comic Syndicates

This is so well done it gives me tremendous confidence in the Stripped documentary on comics — not entirely sure of when it will be available but the latest Kickstarter update talked about submitting it to festivals. The update also included a link to this excerpt from the current edit of the film which is a snarky little mock classroom film on comic strip syndicates.
